Sprint Payment issue
 
Anyone else getting this message?

"Sorry, we are unable to process a payment with the credit card number provided. Give us a call (*2 on your Sprint phone, or 888-211-4727) for more information. If you'd like to make an online payment now, please use a different debit/credit card number or pay using your bank account. "

Got this message after posting a payment. Then checked my Chase account and guess what, THE PAYMENT WENT THROUGH. Not the 1st time I had this issue. Happened 3 times last month and i wound up posting WAY more than I wanted to because at 1st I thought I entered my card info in wrong.
IF ANYONE GETS THIS ERROR MESSAGE, CHECK YOUR BANK ACCOUNT 1ST

Just thought I'd let you all know of this SPRINT issue.

I havent had any problems with mine. Im using a plain jane Visa Debit card thats tied to my bank account when I pay.

I have had something like that happen before. Turned out when i entered the three number security code on the back of my card i hit the wrong button. And what happened was sprint preauthorized the card for the amount and the credit card company basically set that amount to the side. It took 10 days for it to become available again.

Happened to me the other day. I have confirmations to email that the transaction didn't go thru. Checked the bank account and confirms nothing went thru.

i just ahd a payment "quirk" that scared me... i logged in, and it said i paid $244(last 2 months) and my balance is $0 but i only thought i paid $164... but when i click "see payments" link under the supposed $244 i did pay, it only shows the $164 payment...

Hmmmm..

Ill take it for now, since it says i have no balance.. but i expect Sprint to figure it out soon enough lol
