"There and Back Again" A Sero Customer Story
So like most here, was super excited of the new Sero Premier plan. On Oct 18th, I switched 1 of my 3 SERO lines to premium, to get hold of the Evo 4G. I went ahead and ordered the phone from Tigerdirect, well the order got cancelled, since I can only order from Sprint telesales or instore. Chatting with the customer support, they told me if I switch all 3 to the everything family data plan, they could get me the 15% Credit union discount. So I moved to the everything data family 1600 through the eprp site. 6 hours later, I got a mail saying EPRP plans are not eligible for addtl. discounts. So I called retention, and first they said theres no going back. But after checking since it was under 24 hours since the change, they were able to get me back on the SERO plans. Now I have decided I am staying here, no matter what.
So maybe no android phones, but hopefully I can get the Windows 7 phones. |

You can still swap to premier..you just have to order the first time from sprint directly..after you are premium you should be able to order anywhere..EDPR is not premier..and it does not stack with discounts..if you have 4 lines or more is when it makes more sense then sero as a family plan...
110+15+15=140 140/4=35 (with allowing android devices, premier and unlim mobile to mobile) 110+15+15+15=155 155/5=31 (with allowing android devices, premier and unlim mobile to mobile) |

I have one line on premier, but when I order of third party like wirefly, they call and cancel my order saying I am not eligible, because of my plan.

It was good to see you were able to get back on SERO. That would have sucked if you were stuck.
