Way around Premier Status being applied to only one line on share plan
I just found out so forgive me if its being repeated...... I have 3 lines and was wondering why my 2nd line (which changed my plan to share) wasnt eligible for the one year upgrade. So of course they said it only covers the primary.
The rep said that I can switch the main line to any of my others at anytime. So I asked her if I can change it 3 times a year in theory (each 1 year from when that line was active). She said there is no rule against that. Now my 2nd line will now be up for an upgrade in 2 mos (takes one billing cycle to see the change, opened 1 year ago) and I will do the same to my third in a few months. Enjoy account wide Premier status |
Re: Way around Premier Status being applied to only one line on share plan
Also to add a beware...watch your account because any change can cause the system to swap premeire lines without you knowing.... I add a line...premeire line gets bumped down, I call and it's fixed... 2 months later I close a line...premeire line gets bumped...I call get it fixed... Thing is each time I have to wait a month.... Get the idea? I even explicitly request that they monitor and do not bump the line status when I made these changes but apparent,y the system has a mind of it's own.
