Sprint removed Upgrade Eligibility after joining family plan!!
Yeah so I'm just pissed, venting a bit... I called *2 and after 20 minutes of arguing go nowhere due to my Customer Service Rep being about as smart as a box of rocks I said "shit" somewhere in the midst of my sentence and got hung up on lol... If I knew I was about to be hung up on I guess I would have said a lot worse though, this one was a brainiac let me tell ya..!! What a wonderful way to end the night...

And after a 3 minute conversation with a different Rep today that actually understood English I got my status and upgrade back, what a difference it makes when the person can actual understand you..

Therevyou go, I was about to suggest you trying a different rep. I think half the time they don't listen to what we're saying and make responses based on half of what they hear. If you can get them to switch their ears on you have a great chance of success.

You should also report the first person you talked to.
I don't know how they handle their buisness over at Sprint. However, here at at&t, we are NEVER allowed to hang up on a customer. No matter how much swearing or threatening they do, you just kind of have to blow it off and let them vent. Rule #1 is to NEVER hang up or be rude to anyone. Usually after a few minutes of venting and you being nice, the person will calm down. Glad to know you got your upgrade back though. I guess sometimes Sprint can do [some] good. |
