Cracked Window on Touch Pro - Moving to EVO but want wife to have Touch Pro
 

Hello Friends,

I had decided to upgrade my Touch Pro to the EVO 4G but was waiting for it to get back on stock. I wanted to give my current Touch Pro to my wife. Unfortunately, out of nowhere (does not exist), I see a crack on my Touch Pro and it no longer function properly. Although I have full insurance coverage, it does not cover physical damage.

I have spoken with Asurian and they informed me I would have to pay $100.00 non-refundable for a replacement phone.

With my new situation, I would rather get a Touch Pro 2 for my wife. What are my options with sprint?

Upgrade your wife's phone to a TP2... new 2 year contract. If not eligible for upgrade or don't want a new contract, then buy one off eBay or Craigslist.

Chances are you'll get a TP2 from Asurion anyway. Start submitting your claim with Asurion online here: http://www.phoneclaim.com/sprint. You'll be able to see what phone you'll get before you finalize the deal. It might take a few tries over a few days, but it has worked for many people.

That's not working either. I am contacting my ISP because I think it may have something to do with them. I can't access it using my laptop or my desktop. I am able to access it at work and on my phone.
