AT&T Poor Signal Inside My Home...Fix? That was the question a friend asked me yesterday. I know Sprint equipment pretty well, but is there something from AT&T that helps reception inside your home? -TOV |

Re: AT&T Poor Signal Inside My Home...Fix? Yes at&t has the equivalent of the airwave and it also includes 3g data unlike the sprint version. http://www.wireless.att.com/learn/why/3gmicrocell/ |

Re: AT&T Poor Signal Inside My Home...Fix? A cell repeater will work too. Make sure it is 800 band. A good one will run 300+ but well worth it IMO. I have one, dual band and it works great! I also don't get DSL which is required to make the airwave work. |

Re: AT&T Poor Signal Inside My Home...Fix? Reception is also a function of which phone you're using. Would be helpful if the phone vendors provided RF Sensitivity specs. |

Re: AT&T Poor Signal Inside My Home...Fix? Sorry for the late Reply, but here goes.... Call up at&t customer service. Tell them that you are having poor reception in your house and run the motions.... after they go through their typical procedure(s), ask them about getting setup with a MicroCell (it is basically your own personal mini cell tower). The MicroCells will deliver very good reception for you (or him, or whoever). |
