I just call retention i gues?? because two of my lines where i want to get the evo are not eligible for an upgrade until September. The guy who i spoke was very nice and change the eligibility date for me so now both lines can get the evo yeah!!!! now the only thing left to do is find evos in town :-s:-s

if you want to try doing this dont try online chat, because they told me a big no! i also tryied *2 and i got a bigger no. What i did was call *2 and i said cancel service i forgot what number i pressed. But i think that you are going to be able to do it because the rep i spoke to told me that he was going to do it because sprint is trying to sell alot of evos basically. hmmm maybe because of the 10 footlong?? i mean the 10 dollar fee

I hope they bump me up or I have to wait 09/08/11. Sprint manager is going to call me on Monday to discuss some options.

I wish you guys the best of luck. Evo 4G is a bitchin phone. Sometimes I wish I hadn't left Sprint...or at least had an income to spare.

I tried this with SERO and got a big no from 2 supervisors, 2 managers, and retentions. Probably because I was on a $30 plan lol. I just paid the $50 ETF and got a new line added to my account.

I don't believe this. Sprint has been under executive order for months for their feeble-minded cancelation dept, and they can't authorize to move BOTH your dates up. They can move ONE up ONE month.

o well...too bad i cant show u my two evos cause they are out of stock here is houston.. sprint,radioshack and bestbuy :cussing::cussing::cussing::cussing:

Yeah I know there aren't any, I'm desperately waiting for wave 2. I want to believe you, I've just been involved with Sprint for too many hours to.

You could have just gone to the Sprint Referral website and get the EVo and add the new $59.99 plan for individual paln or get a Family plan $109.00 . Kept the same number. Thats waht I did.

nevermind i just check and they are ships within 5 or 7 days that sucks ill just go to best buy and preorder
