Simple solution:

For those that can't pay their bills on time, have poor credit, and/or cannot enroll in autopayment, please see the new unlimited Boost mobile plans.

I work for Sprint and may be able to assist. I can't post my email because it's the first time I've used this site. Can you send me a private message with the phone number on your account? I will review to see if I can make an exception.
Thank you,

Jen White

Thank you Ms. Jen White for helping me with my account! +1 with your help!!

Sprint has the lowest credit requirements of any major carrier. Kids out of high school with no credit get 50 dollar deposits opposed to 400 on verizon and 500-750 on ATT. But they also get spending limits. You don't want auto pay because you pay your bill late? Well thats why you still have a spending limit.....its better then Tmobile flexpay where you have 5 bucks per line.....

Sprint sent me this letter today too. My wife and I have no credit problems and they put us on this stupid spending limit thing. Well they can shove our account up their rear. My wife is telling them now. We've had them for 3 years, never missed a payment never had a deposit never had nothing, bill is paid 2 weeks early every month which they admit.

WAY TO GO SPRINT!! MAYBE YOUR RELATED TO LANE KIFFIN!!

PUNKS

EDIT: hahaha they gave in and we no longer are on a spending limit account.

ya i would def call them up and ask them to remove the spending limit asap

cause after 12 months of on time payments they should take u off.. if not tell them to stick it..and call retentions...

To all of the idiots supporting this additional fee, if Sprint wants to encourage people to Auto-Pay, they should offer them a discount to do so. Sort of like how gas stations sometimes have a lower price if u pay cash, more if u pay with credit.

Forcing people to Auto Pay is shady. The cable co doesnt do it, my car loan finance co doesnt do it, the gas co doesnt do it, the power co doesnt do it. All of these companies have to deal with delinquencies. Why does Sprint feel this is justified??

If people are late on their bill, there is already a penalty, the late fee!! Ive been with Sprint for yrs now and I cant believe they're willing to lose customers over $5.

I wonder what would happen if someone's Auto Pay gets denied, then what??? Sprint would probably charge u a fee for that too.

You can also cancel your account due to an increase in the regulatory charge as well. And this goes for everyone! Sprint is charging us more and more every year and if you wanna cancel then just mention the Regualtory charge increase.
