Question about billing
 
Sooo I bought a new phone for a newly opened line since i made my sprint account into a family plan and after paying it by phone via telesales i noticed 2 days later that my sprint account total due changed to " -$264.01" does this mean I owe them that or i have that amount applied to my account and it will over a bill? I'm new to this change so please explain. btw it was a hero i bought lol and loving it <3

it will show up after one month, because sprint bills in advance and you have the 30 day exchange.

Thank you very much just wanted to clear that up as I called sprint about it and they told me it was non of my concern lol.... sooo in other words i better get ready to pay that bill ;)



edit: btw how do i go along getting my rebate on the phone? I was told there would be instructions on the phone package but there was no rebate sheet what so ever :s
