BBSAK is freezing???
 

I am trying to use BBSAK to back up my 3rd party apps but it gets to 100% and hangs up with no screen telling me it was successful. I am using OS7 on a 9810. And I have to use task manager to quit the program.

same problem with my 9900. Stalls at 100% and does not complete backup.

I was having the same problem on the same device. I re-downloaded and even donated twice in hopes that the other version of bbsak would work. but nothing. My 9810 bricked so i'm using my 9800 until i get the 9810 replacement.

I downloaded bbsak again yesterday and i donated... and it worked fine today with the 9800 but wondering if there is something, a bug maybe with the new OS 7. Hope somebody can help.

Just to add to the previous replies...

For both 7.0.x and 7.1.x

BBSAK hangs at 100% for me. The phone shows the the PC & Phone with communication arrows going both directions but BBSAK never completes. Always need to kill it via Task Manager. Any help in sight for this?
