Will my Blackberry work on a frawg acct
 

Hi i have a blackberry pearl that was originally on a ntelos acct, wen i called frawg they said no smartphones, ive been told that my blackberry can be activated on frawg. Can anybody help me with what i have to do, Thanks!!!!
