i dont know if anyone else here has this phone.
but this thread shouldnt be limited by that as almost all blackberrys run rather the same.

but my question to any helper is..

why do i have to run pandora through wifi it wont use my data :/:protest::protest::scratch:

i have that phone, but i don't have any immediate answer. i would think wifi doesn't use your data, but i'm not sure. rainfreak might know. are you a crackberry member?

My phone doesnt have wifi and Im able to run Pandora just thru my 3G data. My understanding is Pandora should be accessible thru 3G data. All other phones I had was able to run Pandora w/o wifi.

I used to have one of these and the 8350i works on the IDEN network. Every once in a while, but rarely, Pandora would work. For the most part, the network is just not fast enough to support streaming radio or video.

this is true...i tried "iheartradio" and it buffered all the time. i think that's why there's no sprint radio or tv on the iden network...too slow.

yeah i know wifi doesnt use your data.
i just tought it was insane that i have to use wifi. i would just plu in my phone to the AUX in my car and use pandora like that lol. but i dont have wifi in my car...

I think Verizon offers that now, maybe Sprint do to. Some type of mobile router for laptops or mobile office with computers etc etc...
