Looking for a Windows Mobile GSM Smartphone

Hello all, can anyone recommend a GSM Smartphone that has as many of the following features as possible:
WM 5 or 6
WIFI
Bluetooth
ICS
GPS
and if known what is the processor and memory sizes. I would appreciate any and all opinions.

most cdma phones have a gsm counterpart, i believe

No, actually I had something with real buttons in mind that is a Windows Smartphone not a Windows PocketPC.

AT&T still has thier Q9 on their website. It has most of what you mentioned, expect wifi. But, from what I understand, you can buy a wifi sd card to add wifi to the phone.
