Has it improved in the past 8 months?

Hey guys,

I have had Android on my TP2 for about the last 8-12 months. I had to do a warranty swap out, and have been using just the stock WM platform. Anyway, I had to do ANOTHER warranty swap out, and now, because this one's GPS is working, I can use the Running apps.

I am not sure what Build that I have, but, I was wondering - any improvements in the past 6 months? Many of the apps crash often.

Would it help me to do a complete erase/reload? I have a Company Blackberry that I want to turn in, and start to use this for all of my email (9 accounts, with 6 of them being Gmail,) and Facebook.

How Stable is it now?

Also, any tips/tricks for improved battery, or is there a recommended battery out for this thing when it's completely "tricked out" like this?

Thanks!

Jeremy James

OMGB has a great kernel for battery life... it's been RE'd pretty close to Windows.

However, if you don't want to flash Android the SD builds all are about the same for battery life.

If apps crash endlessly, that sounds like a corrupt data.img. Blow away the data.img, it will create a new one on boot. Note, this will blast out all your personal data/customizations.
