FRX7.1, gmail emails not sending?
 

Hey all,

I've been jumping from build to build, but the FRX7.1 is the most stable one for me. However my GMAIL email apps doesnt seem to be sending.

When I reply to an email, it just stays in the "sending..." state. I've tried manually syncing GMAIL to see if it works, but it has no effect.

Does anyone have any idea or experienced this before?

Yup, I have.

Just go into Manage Applications and clear cache/data on the GMail app. Might need to make sure it's still setup to sync after doing this in Accounts & Sync.

i really appreciate the time you've put into the build. i decided to try ahemyouknowwhos builds the other day, and within 2-3 days it was barely functional.

i've been using frx7.1 before then for a month or so without any issues! i will be staying on this build until the next update is released :)

No comment :rolleyes:.

Next release will be GB. I doubt FroYo will get any more updates, unless there's something really juicy to backport.
