Stopped working

All,

Today my TP2 got stuck where it vibrates and startes to boot, shows the white HTC a screen , but then does not boot, but just keeps cycle.

Ideas on how to get this to start working again? I tried pulling the battery, but that didn't help.

What does this have to do with Android...?

Reflash WinMo. Might need to task29, or even reflash everything stock, then redo hSPL etc.
