Giving Android another shot, simple update method?

I tried Android about 8 months ago and it was ok but a bit slow. I would guess things are a bit better now and want to give it another shot. I followed the Sticky Simple Guide for Android on SD when I did it months ago. Do I need to redo all of that and download it all again or can I just update a particular file to get the newest version?

Thanks!

I don't know what build you're on, so I would honestly just start fresh with FRX07.1.

I could tell you the components, but there's many... and since some of these you can't just download individually, you'll need to download that full bundle package anyways.

Also, don't forget to check out my Speed Improvements thread - the memory management topic is especially good. Worked wonders for me...
