I have used this cab (ipollision) before and it increases volume in WinMo and Android. Just saw a newer cab never used it though..credit to kevintmr, puff and ipollision at ppcgeeks. link to original post

no just one .

and I never would have thought that they would tweak Android seeing that the cabs only effect windows mobile files and registry , and also due to the fact haret unloads windows upon boot .

hm any way i can get the bleed over effect without installing this in windows mobile? I'm happy with the WM setup but android is bit too quite

just from personal experience , I don't believe there is a bleed over . as my android volume remained the same after a fresh flash . plus I agree android volume is really quite . especially when using speaker phone .

These files wouldn't effect Android. However, there are these exact same files in our system image, and I imagine there's different values you can plug in to adjust the volume. There's also some new acoustic code that fixes pretty much all of the audio issues (static, low speakerphone volume, etc) but it currently introduces new issues (like volume control being completely useless in-call...)
