Still new to the phone.

Hello All

I think I need some help with my phone. I have the HTC Pro Touch 2 under Boost Mobile with Android. First on the windows side I can't save any pics on the memory card. Does anyone have a fix for that? I don't know if anyone else has this problem but sometimes when I receive texts it comes thru in Japanese. I don't know why that happens. If anyone has simple fixes for someone that is not very savvy on this type of thing. I would appreciate the help. Thank you all.

Random people have said they receive texts in other languages - I have to think the person sending it must've used some odd character or something... I would pursue that route, and search the forum for others that have had the issue. I don't recall a solution, but the root cause IIRC was the person sending.

As for WinMo, don't lump posts about two operating systems. If you have a WinMo problem, post in the WinMo section. If you have an Android problem, I would prefer you post in the build thread (that's what they're there for - to ask questions).

np, we've all gotta start somewhere. Just lettin ya know, it won't do you any good to lump questions together like that ;).

The odd characters in your SMS messages is an interesting one, and I'd be curious what the root cause is.
