GUYS

I CREATE THIS THREAD FOR EVERYONE. THIS THREAD WILL BE ONLY
FOR TEST BUILDS. WE ARE GOING TO WORK AS A TEAM TO GET
MMS,BT, 3.5 MM JACK, ETC...

i have alots of test builds with different settings. this is for everyone. so feel free to add any test build that you want
people to test. remember the key is to get everyone on this, so we can work as a team to get what we want right.
i know you guys want BT,MMS, 3.5MM JACK AND MORE RIGHT. so let work together to make this happen. like i said this
thread will be only for test builds. listen guys, i know we are running wm and running android on a sd card (i know we are making
progress on nand) thank god for that. but for now we can make this happen.

feel free to mod,cook,try new things,setting,code,add comments,try this,make suggestion,etc..
yes, with the respect of General Public License.

i don't really care about what people think about this. all we want is the end results. i know we have devs working
to make this better. but we have alots of beautiful minds out there.

ok guys, I'm getting a package ready for testing

this will be a very different test you will use wm and sd card

1- format fat32
2- on your sd card. just add system.ext2, ts-calibration, and roofts.img. that it.
3- on your root of windows mobile. you will add this. androidapps, conf, media, modules and zimage, initrd.gz, STARTUP.TXT, and haret.exe
4- edit your startup. and add this line rel_path=storage card.

I will explain more later. I have to go to work

did you even read the post?

this is a test he's asking you to perform, not a build to test - otherwise, i'm sure, he would have posted a link in his post or on the first page outlining where you can download it.

HI GUYS

very close on getting MMS for CDMA DEVICES

I'm getting a test build ready

I have send around 23 pictures with no problem. I know people in the past was able to send. but now it very simple.

1- mod roofts for mms. i needed to created permission in data and add it xml files. Also in system/etc I add it apn.xml for cdma devices.
2- you just need to fill 3 lines for mms in APN setting.

to tell you guys the truth, I been playing with my phone sending pictures to everyone \\:D/\\:D/\\:D/, cool

I'M WORKING ON RECEIVING NOW. MAYBE BY THIS WEEKENG ALL OF YOU WILL HAVE MMS.

I'm confused. Editing three lines in the APN is all we've ever had to do? I've been sending pictures since I started using Android.

Agreed, Sending has always worked with a line or two added to the APN. What we really need is recieve. More power to ya on the mission, but I think you'd be better off to wait and see what Wistilt2 and his well hidden "radio guy" come up with before you dedicate to much time into something that may already be in the works.
What I'd really love to see if what you can do with the NAND rom. Chefs got the okay, but I haven't seen anyone produce anything truely "cooked" yet. More like a microwave where everything comes out in pieces, and the pieces are all chewy and tough instead of crisp and crunchy. Then you bite em and lose a filling... I love me. :)
