Going Nand: PRL?

Question popped up today. Did a search on the forum and didn't find a clear answer. This might only be applicable to Sprint.

When our TP2s go full NAND android, how would one go about updating PRL and other misc. functions without access to winmo?

The thought came up today because recently I noticed there are times in Android where my data stops working for some time (5 min) , starts again, then stops. I feel like I've noticed it more when I've been on a train moving, so I thought maybe something to do with the network.

TIA.

Re: Going Nand: PRL?

Hopefully once full NAND is implimented, the chefs will include EPST.apk in the OS for such needs. Currently, the only result is "Invalid MMI code", but these tools are used on CDMA and GSM provider phones now, so i'm sure it's just a matter of packaging. The only challange is most likely the RILD knowing where everything goes from the RIL. This wasn't an issue until now, but the masterminds know the deal I'm sure. Thats what I gather so far at least.
