Android v2.2 Froyo BLAZN - Gmail Not working
 

Hi. I'm having issues with Gmail app on my Telus CDMA TP2 using Android v2.2 Froyo: BLAZN. Whenever i try to start the Gmail app, it flashes a white screen and back to the menu.

Into settings, applications, running services, i see the state of the MailSyncAdapter service state is 'Restarting'. I tried shutting it down using Force Stop, won't help. Clear data and clear cache are greyed out because they're all at 0.0KB

Anyone has a clue if there's any workaround on this ? I love android so far, but haven't had the luck to get any gmails on the tp2 on android so far.

There my have been an update to G-mail you missed. Check the Android Market for an update.

How can i update ? If i go in the market place and select gmail, it says installed. The uninstall button is also greyed out.

It must be current because you would see an update notice on red.

Check your login settings. Maybe there is a wrong entry.
