Wont boot after install.

I seemed to have this issue a few times with the old build, but then it randomly started working.
Now i'm trying the new build and i'm back to the same issue.
It installs great. then i can boot into it once. after going back to winmo and i click "run" from the haret launcher i get this pop up and i cant get past it.

just incase anyone else has this issue, edit the startup.txt file under the main directory and make sure it isn't blank. if it is, insert this:

If you're on sprint, you should have

physkeyboard=rhod400 htc_hw.force_cdma=1 "

The startup files gets corrupted majority of the time, it's best to make an extra copy of it and just copy/paste when it happens.
