I get that every single time i click the messaging link. anyone know what/how to fix that?
Or how I can root, copy the db for txts, flash, root, copy back?

maybe it just didn't extract/uninstall correctly. try formatting the sd card and see if that fixes it

no, I've already tried a bunch of things including re-installing. This started happening yesterday.

I don't know if your condition is the same as mine but I also get the same message regardless of what I do. I did notice that this didn't start to happen until I set up a password to lock the device when sleep. I'm gonna start removing things to see if that changes anything and stops the message from popping up

Sorry for the delayed response. Well nothing changed it at all. It seems as if something messed up the image. I wouldn't let me download any apps or anything. Ended up just replacing all the files and starting over.

I'm pretty sure I will have to do the same thing. I can pull my "lost" txts from gmail... I only lost about 4 txt that weren't sent to gmail.
