Still "No Service" with Android on Verizon TP2
I have tried a few different builds, older and brand new, on my 1-month old Touch Pro 2, and I have installed with the SIM card removed, but I still cannot get any even basic cell service with Android on my TP2, and all the information I find about it has to do with fixing the issue on Sprint phones. Just for the heck of it I tried a few of them, but to no avail (phone didn't even recognize the added line in the Startup.txt file). Does anyone have any experience with getting service on a Verizon phone? I am HATING Windows Mobile more and more with each day I can't get Android to work...

Re: Still "No Service" with Android on Verizon TP2
I haven't had any issues with any of the recent Froyo builds posted by Reefermattness in the sticky. What build(s) have you tried or are you using? Also, the launcher utility helps with it as well, though you can bypass using it if your startup.txt file is correct.
EDIT: Here is the main line of my startup.txt file: Code:
set cmdline "lcd.density=240 msmts_calib=0x9f.0x39a.0x35c.0x78 7x00.a11=500 msmvkeyb_toggle=off pmem.extra=1 gsensor_axis=2,1,3 pm.sleep_mode=2 rel_path=andboot hw3d.force=1 htc_battery_smem.fake=0 htc_hw.force_cdma=1 physkeyboard=rhod500 " |
