Keyboard mapping

with sprint, is it possible to map the SMS key to open messaging?

the sprint tp2 has a key with a mail icon, and a button that says SMS/MMS. in windows when you click it, it brings up the SNS program or email program. I would like to map them to launching those apps. Also the function key with the arrows are special keys. one of them launches the browser.

ohhh on the keyboard lol, i thought u meant like a hardware key, i was like uhh. i posted a question about keyboard remappin a while back too, nobody answered though
