Android crashed, now cant boot into it anymore!
 

Android was running amazing besides being a little slow at times. Once it crashed, all I get is a window asking to launch a script file and the window has default.txt as the default one. Usually android will just start up and not ask me to run a script file. When I hit run it says, Cannot open script file \StorageCard\andboot\default.txt. Do I have to reinstall Android or can I fix it? because I really edited a lot and added contacts and I would hate to lose everything, reformat the SD card, and install it again. Please if anyone has any knowledge of this, i would really appreciate the advice.

first thing i would do is go to \StorageCard\andboot and look for the file default.txt, if is not there it is a super easy fix, if it is there it might be a bit harder.

i looked around and couldnt find the default.txt file. is there some other script file that i should type in there instead of the one that was already in the window. thanks for the quick response!

can someone please help me. am i the only one thats encountered this problem where it comes up with a window and you have to select the script file??

I'm having the same issue, but without the crash. I run Android once, works like a champ, then when I try to go back in it says the default.txt is missing.

my android is running perfectly fine, june 16th ASOP, and i have no default.text file in my andboot folder?

your startup.txt is probably 0 bytes, recopy a new one.. i dont know why this is happening but it happens to me too

Go to your andboot folder-right click on the starup.txt-copy and paste to the root of your sd card.

i figured out a solution but it isnt permanent. if i take a startup.txt from a freshly download and put it in the andboot folder, it works good and sometimes itll go to 0 bytes. there needs to be a more concrete solution.
