I just loaded Android 5.21.10 on my phone and loaded up fine but im getting no sound and whenever i try to access marketplace it says no data connection and when i try to make a phone call it says the phone is in airplane mode because the battery is low. how do i take it out of airplane mode on android i dont see this option anywhere

but when im in windows mobile my battery reads 90%

as stated above, your questions have already been answered. Sound is not working yet, only in call sound, nothing else. The airplane mode issue is due to you having the sim card in place in the back of the phone. The touch pro 2 is equipped with a sim card for gsm coverage, which you do not need since you are on verizon, a cdma network. Remove the sim card and start the phone, airplane mode/no data will be fixed. battery monitor is sketchy in android, however, there is a fix that requires replacing a file in the android directory on your storage card which makes it much more accurate. this fix can be found in another thread in the tp2 android forum
