Re: Android/Linux for CDMA Touch Pro 2 Rhodium Updated 4-20-2010
I am going to say this one time. When Cflynt opened up this thread and asked if I wanted to participate, I said sure I can provide the all in one packages. Both he and I have put MANY hours into the information on this site and I would appreciate it if the negativity and childish behavoir came to a stop. If you got problems with the way things are being done, make your own thread or go gripe on IRC and don't destroy this thread, especially a thread several people have put time into..Might I also add this was free time. I have 4 kids and a wife and over 30 fish, and a bird, and 3 dogs I put other time into as well yet I decided to help when this thread was created. Also note, this time was FREE to add to the community. No donations or anything have ever been asked for.
For those with positive attitudes, thank you for being nice. For everyone else, go complain somewhere else. Thanks MACKIE |

Since you are on tmobile - maybe you have a GSM phone and not CDMA? You might need a slightly different build as this thread is for the CDMA (or dual) mode devices. Not sure maybe you can remove an option in the startup.txt. From Post 2 Current PPCGeeks GSM Thread with support for CDMA now Here is the PPCGeeks GSM Thread which now supports CDMA options that works well. Has a CAB that installs a base XDAndroid build and shortcut as well as a script that lets you update your kernel, rootfs as well as your initrd.gz all from your phone. Nicely done. http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=114400 The same thread on XDA http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=627997 |
