Mike I don't have any rebooting issues. And I don't have much in the way of expertise, but could your problem be a SD card issue? Maybe replace or reformat it. I'm just throwing that possibility out there... Like I said I don't claim to know much about this stuff, I just lurk around here, trying to keep myself out of trouble.

Cflynt i still can't get data working, can't stop this thing from rebooting, and like i said the new rootfs makes it reboot alot more, now after i tried the old rootfs then back to the new one, its not as bad, i get like 2 or 3 mins of use before a reboot, the other issue is when i change the apn settings to try something else thats when it reboots, specially if i touch the MNC MCC settings, clicking on that is like pushing the reset button lol
and one other thing, if it doesn't reboot for some reason, the APN will get deleted and i have to start over (the list will be cleared, i have to add a new one or use the restore default button to get the default one.

thanks for the help jim but the issue is related to being flashed on metropcs, not the phone or sd, a few pages back or when the new package first came out we were talking about that, i was just trying different things to get data workin for those of us on metro and tryin to isolate the rebooting problem

So is anyone having any luck with my ANDROID 04.01.10_B all in one package? From the PM's I am getting, seems a few are having issues. Please report . I do not need "my sound isn't working" or "my battery isn't charging". I am just looking for overall functionality for what currently works.

Thanks

MY SOUND ISN'T WORKING! I kid, I kid. Everything is working well, I didn't delete any of my previous android files. Copied over the new stuff and it worked right away. I'm using the newer Zimage and kernel that was posted today and it seems like they're getting close with the battery. It's still not showing the correct percentage and charging seems to be jumping all over the place but it's improved even from the 4/1/10 build

Working OK for me. Rebooted once when I first started it, but otherwise, is working. It seems to charge, however my battery meter is pegged at 5% for some reason. Data OK. WiFi OK now, but had to have WiFi on in MinMo for it to recognize the first time.

By the way, and this may be a noob question, how do I control what apps start automatically? I'm using K-9 Mail, and I would like to have it auto start with the phone, and remove facebook and a few others.

Thanks!

I am a rude arse. I loaded it up today. I am not very familiar w/ android, but it seems to work for me. I actually downloaded this so I could use my banking mobile app. You can deposit a check by taking a picture and locating ATMs using GPS - HA ha ha. Then I remembered. HA ha ha. But it seems to work.

I can't seem to get my Sprint Phone to get out of airplane mode with the 4/1, i was running the 3/23 and I had the same problem for a few starts but eventually I got my Phone and Data working...the 4/1 I have tried mutiple reboots without any luck....

Am I missing something that I need to do other than extracting an booting haret? I know to disable the backlight controls, but am I missing something for the radio to work. Each Time I have had Radio and data working in windows before rebooting...Any help would be appreciated.

The only problem I have with the latest is it says there is an update for facebook but won't install.

When I booted it up the first time it did not reboot on me. The latest is probably the best build yet for me.
