Can't get pass start up screen cant press buttons screen not in line when I press the top opposite then bottom button press??? Please help

NO! Don't delete everything Android. There is only one file that you must delete in order to recalibrate the touch settings in Androids startup. The file is called ts_calibration.

In order to find the file you must first:

1: Open your Storage Card on your computer.
2: Go to Folder Settings and change viewing System Protected Files and Hidden Files to Allow.
3: Find the file named: ts_calibration and delete it. Then start Android again, and read the instructions on how to calibrate correctly.
