Live wallpaper works on all recent builds, but you need to install it manually

Download Astro file explorer from the marketplace. Then open up Astro and navigate to AndroidApps\Media, then install the LiveWallpapersPicker app. After that's installed, install any live wallpapers you want (you may need to grant access to unsigned apps in settings)

Also, be sure that you aren't using Home++ and ensure that hw3d.force=1 is NOT included in your startup.txt file

Where are you guys getting Beatiful Widgets from. I just did a search in marketplace for it and found nothing :(

Has it been removed?

beautiful widgets might've been removed because it got in trouble for looking a lot like sense widgets. i'm wondering where runpee is! the dev's site says it's out on market but it's no where to be found.

I think Beautiful Widgets and RunPee are both paid apps. In order to get paid apps to show up in the Market you might need to use Market Enabler to fake the phone's location. You should be able to find Market Enabler in the AnroidApps folder from 95-civic's original build.

Wirelessly posted (Opera/9.5 (Microsoft Windows; PPC; Opera Mobi/17992; U; en))

search google for beautiful widgets if you want it. then put it on your sd card then boot into android and look in widgets.

great using the beautiful widgets app, the only thing that's happening to me is i only have like ~50mb free ram after booting up, any idea on how I can kill tasks from starting up? Already have the task manager that comes with android, works well. Oh another thing, does anyone have a problem when holding down on one of the screens to move a shortcut, but it keeps on just loading the program instead of actually moving it around? any ideas on what to do?

According to Android's developers themselves, you shouldn't kill them at all:

http://geekfor.me/faq/you-shouldnt-b...-with-android/

One of the big selling points on Android is that it's able to manage itself well. It's not like WinMo where you need to dump the RAM every so often. Android's programming is such that the apps will terminate themselves when they are no longer needed

As for your second question, that just has to do with the fact that the screen isn't perfectly calibrated yet as the devs are still working on screen sensitivity et. al.
