who has rooted their transformer?
 

I need to root my transformer so that I can use the Cisco AnyConnect app. Has anyone rooted and how did you do it?

Just rooted using this method. Pretty easy.

I guess I will give that a try. Rooting kinda makes me nervous because you never know how that will effect getting new updates or your connection to the carrier.

I really want to be rooted so that I can run the Cisco AnyConnect software. I want to be able to use my tablet fully instead of having to grab a netbook when I need to remote into another computer.

I picked up a used 32 Transformer with dock Monday night off of craigslist and rooted it last night using the same method OMJ posted above. Worked perfectly.
