Notifications sound issue
 

I'm running Vegan 5.1.1 with the pershoots overclock kernel...

When I go to set my notifications sound it reboots my tablet. Any ideas?

I tried that one and got struck in a boot loop. Thanks anyway.

It wasn't meant as a fix, just a comment.

Why the boot loop though? If you did the 2048/0 repartition, and cleared caches, should boot just fine.

Not sure why on the boot loop. Figure I will try Gingerbread Edition again.... My hubby got me this tablet purely so I could tinker with it. SO, figuring out the issues is part of the fun.

If you're going to nuke & pave ANYWAY :)

try the CM7 nightly 60 - it's got the latest pershoot kernel, camera fix, and some video acceleration.

Just be sure to repartition if you haven't already to 2k/0

Er... so, your overclock kernel. What's it set to? Try it at stock speed and see. Might want to clear the caches and try again, if lowering the clock doesn't do it.

Notifications sounds working without the overclock kernel.... So, guess I will play with the settings on that and see where it gives me issues.
