screen freezing

so after i set up android to run on my hd2 (froyo 2.2) while in android the touchscreen would sometims freeze up. not really a big deal, i could just turn off/on and it would be fine, but now even while its not running android, just the regular windows/HTC OS, the touchscreen freezes up. the hard buttons still function fine, like i can hit start / home, whatever. thoughts on how to fix this?

I have never had this happen to me, I'd flash another ROM, sounds like a winmo ROM issue to me.

That's the g-sensor problem. You need gscript lite to disable the sensor and add this to disable.

mv /system/bin/akmd /system/bin/akmd2
killall akmd

And this when ever you will like to enable it again.

mv /system/bin/akmd2 /system/bin/akmd
/system/bin/akmd
