Exactly the same way you flash a ROM...just make sure you use a .50 US T-Mobile radio...

So my first step should be to flash a radio rom? Which one and how? My HD2 is tmobile version with 1024 flash size.

look @ first post.

First step is Flash HSPL3 if you haven't already,

next is flash a radio. Currently I have 2.15.5. It is working great and I really like it.

Then flash a Custom ROM as some seem to initialize drivers in Android better than others. I use NRG ROM (any of them really) and everything seems to work great.

Then just download the Android ROM of your choice and run CLRCD and Haret.
