Is phone flashing Illegal or Legal? Seems like a lot of people do it but its hard to find out how to do it yourself and forums don't let you talk about how to do it.

It's legal.

its legal and freely to talk about flashing phones with custom roms custom themes but not flashing your phone in the way of changing esn info
