Whats the easiest tool to use to make android games
 

I have been developing for windows mobile games for a year and now because of windows phone7 Iam doing a radical switch. I plan on developing for android and want to know which tools are
1)easy to learn
2)is all on one no multiple - pieces to download
3)is effient
