Can someone please tell me where to find a working version of Sprint TV?

Rooted my phone and no longer have it and I need it!!!

Every version I find online fails to work.

see if this will work its from the 3D i can give you one from the EVO 4G if that one doesnt work

Hey. That one doesn't appear to be connecting to Sprint and force closes everytime I try to run it. If you have the Evo4g one handy, do you mind uploading it please?
