It looks like YES>> HTC EVO sync with outlook - Google Search

I sync mine with hotmail. I take advantage of the push technology / exchange server features it offers.

Contacts and calendar.

I sync wirelessly with Outlook via Microsoft Exchange Server ActiveSync. There is ZERO problem with our company's self-signed certificates either.

I had a HUGE problem trying to do this with the HTC Arrive running Windows iPhone 7. The damn thing wouldn't connect at all stating I needed a personal certificate. I installed said certificate and it still would not connect, it required the self-signed certificate to include all private keys. Never was able to sync.
