If you've been to a few parties, you've probably played a drinking game called "Quarters." Now you can play it on your Android phone. I tried it while drinking with a couple friends yesterday and it's actually kind of fun... real method is still best though.

But does it allow you to make rules? That was my favorite part of playing Quarters back in the day. Make all kinds of screwed up rules and help everyone get drunker faster!
