words with friends game help
 

So when I open words with friends it comes up for a brief second then this pops up: http://androidsdk.ads.mp.mydas.mobi/...=MMBannerAdTop

And I can't do anything but reopen sand hope that if I can select the game fast enough it won't pop up. I am rooted and have the ad free app.
Please help this game is like digital crack!

Same thing happened to me. I couldn't get it to work either and uninstalled it. Switched to Word Feud instead.

did you uninstall and reinstall?

can you clearn your app cache? do so with aCCleaner and i'm sure other programs are out there that do this also.

Installed that app, uninstalled, re-installed. Same problem exist. Idk why but I hope it gets fixed

This problem started for me on the 2nd when they released an update. They released another update today (3/7) and I haven't had the issue yet. Try updating.

I have the same problem as the OP... It seemed to start for me after I switched to the MikFroYo ROM v4.5... Might be a coincidence, but it plays fine on my HD2 (running CM6), My Wife's Moment, and my buddy and his wife's Stock EVOs.

Found a fix for this on another site...

• Launch AdFree
• Click the Button that says Revert. (this will revert the host file and close)
• Kill Words With Friends
• Relaunch Words with Friends.

Worked for me.
