Swype Install File

I have tried searching but haven't found the new version. Does anybody have the .apk for the most recent version of Swype included with the EVO? I know that it comes with the phone now but I have a friend that completely uninstalled it and wants it back. Any help is appreciated!

It would appear that the swype Dev team is bundling their product with various Carrier's software. They are probably sitting on the raw app.
Of course, if you load Azreal or SprintLover's Rom you will get it back.

Can't you register on their site to be a beta tester and each time they update they give you the newest version? I think so...

i am a beta tester and it has issues with the evo right now for some reason. best bet is to just run a rom that has in built in already
