Buy a 9.99 app and enter all CC info but it takes 20 minutes to go through and download. Now your outa luck and stuck with an app you never even tried. No thanks...I'll stick with free apps and put up with ad crap.

Why did they change refund time?

To appease developers. It seems some people would play a game all the way through and then ask for a refund. I'm sure there are other examples also.

two hours would be fair or at least. Any game that can be completed in 2 hours probably isn't worth much, if anything.

I am somewhat symathetic to the developers but 15 minutes??!!!

I am a software designer and have been feeding my kids since 1993 by whoring my code for food. If I am unable to sell my code, my bank account goes bare. I am rarely eligible for unemployment since most of my work is 1099. And I have been jerked around more times than I want to remember by ****s that decided after months of my work that they "changed their mind".

Coding is work. Just because a program looks like a silly toy to the end user does not mean it was not serious work. People need to make money. I know a lot of guys cooking ROMs depend on donations and my hat foes off to these guys but I suspect few of them are truly doing this full time. (I am curiuous about any tax exemptions if you only take donations? Hmmmm... can I be a non-profit 503 coder and only take donations....) might me something here.
I know I am ranting. I haven't done any Android coding yet but I proably will between contracts and I want to make a few dollars.
