match apps to APP STORE?

I purchased some APPS from the APP STORE but then I did a reflash and used a program that had backed up my APPS to restore them. The market doesnt show all of the apps I had downloaded. I read somewhere there is an app that will fix this by matching up my installed apps to the store so I can get updates ETC. what is this program and where do I get it from??
