Voice Recorder
 

Anyone know where I can get the Voice Recorder APK file if there even is one?

I need it for my girls Hero(fresh rom) that was handed down to her when I upgraded to the Evo and she uses voice sms a lot and is upset she doesnt have it anymore and then proceded to slam me about how her old samsung exclaim could do it but i insisted she switch to android and now she cant do what she is use to.

Handcent SMS has voice sms as a feature, but I do not know how it works on the Hero. Maybe give that a try see if it works that way.

We have handcent on her Hero,but when you press voice recorder in handcent it needs to open voice recorder in the phone.No voice recorder means no action when pressed in handcent.

This is the only thing I found on my evo that might come close...other than the actual voice recorder app that opens a voice recorder for notes and stuff. This is the google voice search thing, might work...dont know though.
