I did. I'm quite glad looks great on the Evo. My Evo's text is even sharper than my iPad's text.

is there a way to put our own ebooks on it? or do the books have to be from amazon/kindle?

Don't quote me because I haven't tried anything outside of amazon, but I believe it has to be from amazon. Also, if you have any purchases from amazon on other platforms, as I on the Kindle, it syncs it for you on the Evo.

I love books. I got excited at first that I didn't have to carry the kindle anymore, and forgot about the apps thread, lol. Momentary tunnel vision.

Just installed it and downloaded a free book to take a test drive. I'm really impressed with the app to be honest. The words are the perfect size on the screen, and very easy to read. Bookmarks, go to's, all very nice.

A+ app for the readers out there.

I've been contemplating purchasing either a Nook or Kindle myself. My question is: You prefer reading your books on your EVO over your Kindle? I'm curious as to why.
