I had the I am tpain thing when I had my 3gs.. the only thing that really makes those apps kind of pointless to me is that the only place i'd actually want to use it is in a call and you cant.

they basically say iphone and ipad, no android.

micdroid is the app you are looking for. However it doesn't hold a candle to the I am T-Pain app. I would pay good $ to have that app on my phone.
