Easy way to access OpenVPN window?

Ive seen others post about this problem. Pretty much the same for WM 6.5 and anything running TouchFlo3d.

The system tray is hidden by the UI interface.

Only way I know of to access the system tray and ultimately access OpenVPN is to go to Start->Settings->Today and disable whatever UI(TouchFlo3d for example) then use OpenVPN.
After Im done I have to go back and turn the UI back on.

Is there any easier ways to access the system tray?
