I can confirm Rhapsody does work with the Mogul. I was an Urge customer, but since their merger I've used Rhapsody without much of an issue. I've only transfered music twice. The nice thing is that if your device authorization or pairing is screwed up you can just delete the device and reauthorize it again and there doesn't appear to be a limit as to how many times you can do this. I think Urge limited me to once a month if I remember correctly.
